These Terms of Service govern your access to the Subliideas website and your purchase or use of our products and services. By visiting our website, submitting artwork, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from Subliideas.

1. About Subliideas

Subliideas provides custom printing and personalization services, including:

• DTF printing

• UV printing

• UV DTF gang sheets

• Sublimation printing

• Custom embroidery

• Laser engraving

• Textile vinyl

• Related custom products and design services

We are based in Mission Viejo, California, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you place an order on behalf of a company, organization, school, team, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, pricing, and availability. However:

• Screen colors may differ from finished products.

• Product dimensions may have minor manufacturing variations.

• Materials, shades, textures, and finishes may vary by batch.

• Images may be examples and may not show the exact final result.

• Availability may change without notice.

Minor variations that fall within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, design fees, setup fees, rush charges, or other approved costs may be added at checkout or included in a custom quote.

Full payment may be required before artwork preparation or production begins. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or adjust an affected order before production after notifying the customer.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance.

Subliideas may decline or cancel an order due to:

• Pricing or product-information errors

• Unavailable materials

• Unsupported artwork

• Suspected fraud

• Infringing or prohibited content

• Production limitations

• Incomplete customer information

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an accepted order before production, eligible payments will be refunded.

6. Custom Orders and Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approval, including:

• Spelling and grammar

• Names, dates, and numbers

• Product size, color, and quantity

• Artwork quality

• Design dimensions

• Gang-sheet layout

• Print or embroidery placement

• Shipping information

Production may begin after payment, artwork approval, or both. Once production begins, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

7. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

• Our production of the order will not violate another party’s rights.

• The content is lawful and does not include prohibited material.

You grant Subliideas a limited license to use, reproduce, modify, and process submitted content solely as necessary to prepare, produce, deliver, document, and support your order.

Subliideas may refuse content that appears unlawful, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Design, Digitizing, and Setup Services

Artwork preparation, vector conversion, background removal, resizing, embroidery digitizing, and other design services may require additional fees.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production files, digitized embroidery files, templates, proofs, and working files created by Subliideas remain our production assets. Payment for a finished product does not automatically include ownership or delivery of editable source files.

9. Production and Turnaround Times

Production begins only after all required information, payment, and artwork approval have been received.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on:

• Order quantity

• Artwork readiness

• Product and material availability

• Production complexity

• Requested changes

• Seasonal demand

• Equipment issues

• Events outside our reasonable control

Rush service is subject to availability and is not confirmed until approved by Subliideas.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. An estimated completion date does not guarantee a delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or reshipment may be charged to the customer.

When we cannot ship within a promised or legally required time, we will provide any notice, delay option, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

Subliideas is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will assist with eligible shipping claims when reasonably possible.

11. Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup must wait for confirmation that the order is ready. Production estimates do not mean an order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within the communicated pickup period. Contact us if you need additional time.

12. Customer-Supplied Products

If Subliideas agrees to customize customer-supplied items, the customer accepts the inherent risk that an item may be damaged during printing, pressing, embroidery, engraving, testing, or handling.

Although we exercise reasonable care, replacement of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers should provide extra pieces for large or critical orders.

13. Application of Transfers

Customers applying DTF, UV DTF, or other transfers are responsible for:

• Confirming material compatibility

• Using suitable equipment

• Following the supplied instructions

• Testing before full production

• Using appropriate heat, pressure, time, and peeling methods

• Preparing hard surfaces correctly

Subliideas is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, incompatible materials, equipment problems, or failure to follow instructions.

14. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once production begins.

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Must be used before expiration

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• May not be combined unless stated

• May exclude certain products or services

• Cannot usually be applied after an order is placed

• May be modified or withdrawn where legally permitted

Abuse or unauthorized use of a promotion may result in cancellation.

16. Website Content

The Subliideas name, logo, website design, text, graphics, product images, and other original content belong to Subliideas or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

• Submit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content

• Transmit malware or interfere with website security

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Commit fraud or misrepresent your identity

• Scrape, copy, or misuse website content

• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person

18. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics tools, or other services.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Subliideas is not responsible for third-party websites, outages, content, or practices.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every product will be suitable for every intended use, material, or application.

These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subliideas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, customer-submitted artwork, improper product application, carrier delays, or loss of business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Subliideas’ total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Subliideas harmless from third-party claims arising from:

• Artwork or content you submit

• Your violation of another party’s rights

• Your unlawful use of the website or products

• Your violation of these Terms

This provision does not apply where a claim results solely from Subliideas’ unlawful conduct.

22. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, threatened others, misused our systems, or created legal or security risks.

Provisions that logically survive termination will remain effective.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or our services will be handled by courts with proper jurisdiction in Orange County, California.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies, technology, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

25. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
